• Bookings are essential.
• Once booked, cruises are non-refundable. Cruises are transferable if 48hours notification is given to Jet Cruiser. Transferal of cruise bookings are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed.
• Passengers must check in for boarding at least 20 minutes prior to their departure time. Failure to arrive on time for check-in will result in forfeiture of the cruise. Refunds will not be issued in this instance.
• Children must be at least 2 years old to cruise on The 45min Sydney Harbour Adventure and at least 4 years old to join The Bondi Beach Blast.
• Jet Cruiser operates in an outdoor marine environment. Conditions vary and passengers may get wet.
• All passengers who cruise with Jet Cruiser do so at their own risk.
• In the case of extreme rain/winds please call 02 9807 1999 on the morning of your cruise to confirm operations or reschedule. Some departures may require rescheduling in the event of inclement weather.
• Passengers may be filmed/photographed during the cruise. Jet Cruiser reserves the right to reproduce photographs/film for any purpose whatsoever.
